My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, they were comfortably furnished. The service was very helpful, and the staff quickly resolved any issues. The location was amazing, within walking distance to the heart of Old Town Zurich. I immediately asked kindly to be reaccommodated to a clean room, and I must say, the rooms were very pretty with gorgeous wallpaper. They didn't have any tea/coffee facilities, which would have been a nice touch, but overall, my stay was quiet and the room was equipped with all that was needed.
