Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, they were comfortably furnished. The service was very helpful, and the staff quickly resolved any issues. The location was amazing, within walking distance to the heart of Old Town Zurich. The dining experience was good, with fresh offerings; however, it could be more substantial. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting my basic needs.
The hotel, despite being in a rather crowded area with heavy traffic, offered charming rooms with a cozy balcony protected by netting to prevent birds from entering. The individual design of each room made our stay unique, although the rooms were a bit small but well appointed and comfortable.
I had a delightful and quaint stay at this hotel. The rooms, though small, were ideal for a short stay and always very clean. The service was amazing, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was absolutely amazing, within walking distance to the heart of Old Town Zurich. The dining experience was good overall, but a bit lackluster with some items occasionally empty. The facilities were well-maintained and pleasant.
The hotel offers tasteful and luxurious rooms, excellent service, and a perfect location for exploring Zurich. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The facilities are well-maintained, and the value for money is reasonable.
During my stay, the hotel had nice rooms, charming with a lovely small balcony and extremely quiet but lacked tea/coffee making facilities. The service was nice, very warm and welcoming, like being in Zurich with attentive staff. The location was superb, with plenty of restaurants close by, covered parking, and direct links to the airport. The dining experience was hit and miss, simple but good quality with fresh ingredients available.
I immediately asked kindly to be reaccommodated to a clean room, and I must say, the rooms were very pretty with gorgeous wallpaper. They didn't have any tea/coffee facilities, which would have been a nice touch, but overall, my stay was quiet and the room was equipped with all that was needed. The room was made up as soon as I left, which was great.
The hotel had some unique features but fell short in cleanliness and outdated room amenities. Despite helpful staff and a nice balcony, the lack of tea/coffee facilities was a downside.
The hotel is ideally located just behind the Opera and a short walk from Old Town Zurich, offering charming restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are outdated but have a cozy balcony overlooking the opera. The service was excellent, with helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining experience provided fresh and delicious options, though it may not have the same variety as other European hotels.
The hotel was charming, quiet, and had fantastic soap in the shower. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with a lovely small balcony. The reception staff were consistently helpful and friendly, with lovely bathrooms and complimentary filtered water. The location is absolutely amazing, walking distance to the heart of Old Town Zurich and surrounded by charming restaurants and stores. The dining experience was simple and adequate to start your day. Overall, a great value for money choice.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were charming and cozy with a lovely balcony, although a tad small, they were well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just behind the Opera and close to Lake Zurich, making it convenient to access all the major attractions. The dining experience was typical European fare, although I wished there were more variety in the warm dishes. Overall, a wonderful experience with great value for money!
